Non Destructive Testing is very important for assuring and controlling quality of components and structures during manufacturing & in service Inspection.Destructive testing have very limited applications because the component get destroyed or damaged while testing and may be useless.

Exactly opposite Non destructive Testing uses methods that will not damage parts so you can use tested components for intended application.NDT Inspection detects flaws in early stages & Avoid failures in service.NDT is important for functioning and also to assure safety of structures in operation.

Micro NDT has its fully equipped Radiographic Testing lab at Chakan & UT, MT & PT Lab at Shivtejnagar Chinchwad. All NDT Tests are carried as per Approved procedures, Specifications and Customer approved testing procedures.

Course Timings and Schedules.

Course timings are flexible as per requirement of candidates.Solely depends on time availability of candidates.

Sat-Sun special batches arranged as per candidates request.

Regular Batch timmings 8pm to 10pm everyday (Sunday practical).

  • The training course is based on the guidelines of American Society of Non Destructive testing document no SNT-TC-1A-2020.
  • Candidates required to bring Scientific calculators for RT & UT classes.
